Has anyone else heard from him? Purchased one of these rifles and have not heard from him since.

BShajari,

To answer your question, here is what happened to me. I sent a payment through PayPal a month ago (the Monday after Easter) to the seller for the 1842 Armi Sport Springfield smoothbore, after 2 weeks nothing from UPS, PM'd the seller, was told by the seller that the package got sent back to him, He asked for a re-confirmation of address to ship to, I asked for the details and tracking information, never got any. Got home from Spring National yesterday (Monday the 23rd) to find an email from the seller that stated the gun was shipped on Friday May 20th and was to arrive by UPS today the 24th, got home from work this afternoon, no gun, instead got an email from PayPal of a total refund from the seller for the gun. I guess I lucked out.

Now I see on the other post of guns for sale by the same seller. There is a person answering questions about the guns with the username of "Yanfeng" that just joined the Bulletin Board yesterday (Monday May 23rd @ 1:51 AM).

I am writing this to protect others. I tryed convincing myself it wasn't so.

Nearly same experience here. I was issued a refund after being told the rifle was returned to seller. Something is wrong here, but I'm pleased that I recieved a full refund.

Same thing happened to me . I payed him last week for his 42 Springfield he said he had to get it from his lake house. I emailed him today about its status and upon returning from work noticed I was refunded my money via PayPal. Im glad I got my money back but still mad about this whole ordeal. Very strange.

I had ask for info and pic on the 42 and all I got was Paypal info and to send the money....

He said he had no pictures, or other info, but second time also ask for money......

Called BS and a rip off and walked away.

I paid him in full for the 2-band and MS rifle via paypal, then was warned about him. I sent him an email this morning asking for a tracking # and shipping confirmation, and was sent a full refund with no comment. I'm relieved to have gotten my money back, but PO'd that we are all being messed with for some strange reason.......

Folks this guy and antiquearmsnj are together in buying and selling. Joe (antiquearmsnj) told me "Frank" is his uncle. Both backed out on a deal with me, stringing me along for over a week, and making me pass up a better offer because I honored the first come first serve rule.
You will not hear back from either unless you call every day, 20 times a day.
No voicemail can be left, because the "voice mail" is always full.

Just my $.02 worth of honest experienced opinion.
