Dixie Gun Works has this for the Model 1874. I don't know how similar/different that is than an earlier model.

They also have a book titled The Gatling Gun Notebook which covers the 1862 Model.

A collection of data and illustrations by James B. Hughes. News reports and 100-plus-year-old drawings make up the body of this notebook on the Gatling Gun, from 1862 when it first appeared, to 1917, when the last U.S. government manual was printed for the Gatling. Includes carriages, feed devices, cartridges, manuals and implements plus extracts from relevant United States patents, makers, users and serial numbers. Soft cover, 7" X 10", 152 pages with 175 b/w illustrations.

And here's an ebay auction for blueprints, but seller doesn't say which model.
