Hey, guys, first post. You can look at my profile on cwreenactor.com. You can email me at: jordandgoodwin.rctp@gmail.com. Anyhow, I've been looking for a decent shooter for a while. I'm tired of trying to trade, and tired of being outbid on guns on gunbroker :( . I sold my three-band, am on a budget, and just want a good price on a good repro gun, with a good bore. I'm interested in anything along these lines, but this is basically what I'm looking for, listed by preference:

Enfield Musketoon

Two-band Enfield

Cook and Bro. Musketoon

Zouave Rifle

J.P. Murray Carbine

I'm not sure what your price range is, but there is a nice looking Parker Hale musketoon listed on gunbroker right now with no bids.

Yeah, I've been eyeballing that Parker-Hale musketoon. Do ya'll think that $549 would be worth it for a brand new PH?

"Do ya'll think that $549 would be worth it for a brand new PH?"

If an English made P-H, that's a great price.

It's not even a bad price for an Eye-talian gun either.

I may have a EOA musketoon for you, pending my purchase of a smith. Good shooter, made in the early 90's, only issue is a little surface pitting around the bolster. Really nice piece of walnut and nice patina on all the brass.
$475 shipped.

Thanks for all the offers and help guys! I really appreciate it. I bought a unfired sig. series Colt 1861, artillery/2 band model. I paid $450 for it. How'd I do? I really don't know what these run, but it seemed a decent price on a nice gun. I've only ever seen one other 2-bander for sale. Also, does anyone here shoot one? How accurate are they? Thanks a bunch.

I shoot an 1861 Colt Artillery model. rapine .577 sized 576 just like for my Large barreled 1863 original. 45 grains 3fff. it is my spare gun and it shoots with my Large any day of the week. Good luck with the live fire. there is nothing more fun than a good musket team event.

I have a 70s Parker Hale musketoon. It supposedly has won a number of NSSA competitions. I got it a month ago but recently bought a Sharps so this is for sale. Hasn't even been out of the box since I bought it.
Great deal at 500 plus shipping.

I have a '70's era Zoli Navy Arms Zouave Rifle that I will let go of for $350.00. This gun is pretty nice, tricked out for competition skirmishing.
