Hello all,

I own a Lemat and have always wondered where I could get that tool needed to remove the left side nut which keeps the side plates secured.

Recently a friend in Oregon purchased his own and actually made a pair of bits that fit both sides of the frame - a flathead for the screw and a tiny, hardened, two pronged bit for the nut - and they work.

If you own a Lemat or know someone that does, send me a pm and I will forward all the details for you to get them.

He only made a few pairs so don't wait to long.

~daniel~

ps. i usually check my inbox only a couple of times a week so be patient.

hello,

it looks like this is taking off, and steve has made a "order online" link directly from www.muzzleloadingforum.com (http://www.muzzleloadingforum.com) want ads.

the price is $10 and other bits may soon be available - the trigger adjust screw, loading lever (another odd sized tip), etc.
