Who makes/sells wooden blocks for repro CW carbine boxes

Hi guys,

I just picked up a nice repro maker marked carbine cartridge box, but the wooden block is gone. I havent been able to locate anybody so far who sells just the wooden block.

A team mate on the 7th Virginny makes the nicest ones I've seen. Gave him a call. Ya just need to tell him the exact size ya want it.

If you go to any skirmish event at Ft Shenandoah, you should be able to find exactly what you need. The Nationals in Spring and Fall have the most sutlers (vendors for civilians :wink: ) but at least one is there every time the gates open, and she has had a good selection of the wood blocks every time I've seen her.
