Wanted: Parts for Ball & Williams Ballard rifle

Recently aquired a Ball & Williams Ballard Patent rifle. Good condition but missing the knob and screw that operates the manual extractor. Extractor, spring and guide are intact. Just need the knob and screw. Anyone out there have these parts? Thanks.
