Where can you get sizing dies, the type you push the bullet through with a wood dowel.
I need:
.576
.577
.578

Dixie Gun Works only has .575, I could buy 3 and have them machined to spec. Thoughts?

Thank you.

Carefull mail ordering from North East. John makes great products but I've been very dissapointed in his customer service. I've been waiting since APRIL for either a sizer or a refund, letters, email and phone calls to no avail.

Buy from him in person, but beware mail order.

ANSWER - Since you asked: I did not see you in person because I have not attended a National as of yet. You can bet I would have come to see you if I had been there.

I did call you, four times now since last April. The first three times you told me that you did not have the size I needed in stock but would be making them soon. The last time I called in early September you were not in, but left a message with the gentleman who was there. You returned the call about two hours later and you said it would be taken care of.

I followed up with a letter by US mail the next day with the particulars.

Since I could not get the sizer by either phone or letter I tried email through your website Monday to cancel the order and get a refund. Still no response.

John you make great products, I just think that for some reason this mail order customer has been dropped through the cracks.
