Military exhibit on I-81

When we have traveled North from WInchester toward Allentown PA on I-81, we noticed a field with various military equipment on display to the west of the road. Can anyone tell me what the display is? I remember a sign advertising a upcoming event on the fence. My son noticed it coming to Fall nats last weekend and wondered what it was. I googled it but couldn't find anything.

It is the U.S. Army Heritage Center. It adjoins the Army post at Carlisle Barracks. We haven't visited yet but it looks very interesting.
