This revolver is a Pietta Remington .44 cal black powder revolver given to Tom 'Mulie' Ball at the Fall '85 Nationals to perform his accurizing magic.
The new Ball barrel is stamped (underside) .457RB 93XX T.F. Ball. 1 in 16" 86'
Includes paper target fired on completed revolver. Reverse of target reads: "Rem #93XX 6 shots 6 chambers 25 yds MR FFFg cornmeal filler RWS caps .457 RB (dated) 3/28/86"
Bluing is as new. No dings, no rust; looks just like the day I received it from Mulie.
This was my 'backup' revolver and never fired in competition.
Price includes revolver, spare set of stainless steel nipples, target, tube of lithium lubricant, load data, an extra dovetail front sight, and a gently-used RCBS two-cavity .457 RB mold with handles.
I was notifed by Joe Ball, who currently operates Ball Accuracy, that his current price for a new Pietta Remington revolver with full accuracy job is $850.
Asking $550 plus packaging, shipping, and any required transfer fees (from Michigan) unless FTF. I live in NWT. Photos e-mailed on request. Payment via USPS money order.
