Sorry if this isn't in the right category, I couldn't find what looked like an appropriate category for it so I put it here thinking folks interested in uniforms might also be interested in some nice photos of original CW mess gear.

Here's some additional info that came along after that topic was posted:

"Some additional information: The Richards set was apparently patented by William H. Richards of Newton, Massachusetts. Also, two types of firm markings have been observed on the spoon handles of the Worman and Ely sets. One has the firm as “Worman & Ely”, and the other as “Worman Ely & Co”. On the pictured set, the knife blade has one style, and the spoon handle the other."
