What can be used to dipense powder into the pan of a Flintlock while shooting on the line. Thanks,Nick, 20TH CVI
d. In the use of flintlock firearms, priming powder must be provided as part of a prepared cartridge, but separate from the main charge. The use of priming horns or any other such container is prohibited. (amended 8/2005)
This is from section 17 in the rules.

Nick,
I put the main charge in a large plastic tube like my other smoothbore and musket rounds, and I use a charge tube for a revolver for the priming charge. Then just put some of each in the cartridge box for each event.
I got mine from Winchester Sutler, but I'm sure others will have them.

Mike, Correct me if I am wrong. By using a separate tube are you not going against Section 17? That would be like using a Priming flask with ffff powder.
