1986 Coachman 24' Camper for sale. Available after Fall Nationals. Good condition; sleeps 6 with 2 bunks, drop down table and pull-out couch into queen bed. Plenty of storage. Roof covered in winter and coated this year - no leaks. Has new hot water tank, extra large water storage tank, good shower, stove and oven work great. Don't know if furnace works as I've never used it. Fridge does not work - needs repaired. Has a great air conditioner unit. Has the hardware attached for awning but no awning. Camper will include new, 10' EZup type canopy; several Coleman lights and lamps; 2 propane heaters that work off the 20gal tank or the 1 gal ones. Also includes whatever you need to make it home - pots and pans, utensils, dishes, silverware - everything that isn't of a personal nature. Will also include 1 year old 2600 Watt Digital Inverter (the quiet one) Honda Clone Generator - needed for the air conditioner along with 1 deep cycle battery - 2 years old. Camper is at Chartiers Valley Guards campsite on Artillery Row. Is the 1st camper next to our shed. Asking price for everything is $2195.
