Nipple for 1836 waters conversion

I picked up a waters conversion. After several shots, the nipple just collapsed. I don't see that anyone carries them. Does anyone know where I can get one? or a thread size?

Because this is a non-military drum conversion you are going to have to remove the nipple in order to determine the thread size.

I picked up an Aston pistol without a cone and a repro musket cone fit that well and works.

I have several original cones that might work. If you can remove the cone, get the thread size and you should be good to go.
