I am listing the following for a friend.

Spencer carbine by Spencer Rifle Co. 1865 dated. Very nice carbine with partial case color on receiver. I believe it is 56-50. Never used as skirmisher. I also believe it has the magazine cut off feature. $1950. Sold.

1822 dated Springfield cone in barrel conversion. Nice gun with smooth metal and solid wood. Has an 1842 type ram rod. $1150.

1878 Springfield 45-70 rifle. Very nice condition retrofitted with the buffington rear sight, of the model 1884. I'm told this is not unusual on this model. $875.sale pending.

Spencer and 1878 trap door are sold. 1822 Springfield still available. Get a genuine Springfield model 1816 for less than an Italian repro! Nice solid 1816 cone in barrel. 1822 on lock and barrel. Very solid wood and medal. It's a good deal.
