I am the proud owner of a 24lb cohorn mortar . I need a linstock . At the team meeting for artillery I was given the card of a man that said he could make
one and I have lost his card. Can anyone help? I think the name was the cannoneer>

Make your own:

You can buy saltpeter.
Mix 4 oz. Saltpeter to 1 pint of water.
(Shake Well until dissolved in container with lid)
Use cotton rope with no nylon core.
Cut to length, soak in mixture for several days.
Lay on card board or hang to dry.
