Fellow skirmishers,
I am selling an 1861, three band Miroku, 58 cal. musket in excellent condition. In most likely never fired condition. The musket has a very low serial number. It was owned by a less than active reenactor. I can not find any evidence of the musket ever being fired with blanks or live fire. The bore appears to be on the large size like 580. There are safe related dings and bumps but nothing major. I am selling for $1400 shipped or delivered.
If you are interested and willing to negotiate, I can meet you at Gettysburg during the Rememberance Day weekend. Buy it the morning and march with it in the afternoon. I prefer a face to face in Pa. but willing to travel to metropolitan New York or Balitmore.
The pictures speak volumes.
