Saw this on an auction site and could not bid late as I was tied up in move to Texas. Look like a close copy of a Billharz & Hall Confederate carbine. Never seen one before so must be a one off. 22 inch barrel, captured ramrod, fixed front and real sites, ring on back of trigger guard. Single barrel band should be iron. From what I?ve read a copy of U.S. 1847 carbine. This is 58 cal instead of 54 in U.S. model which is correct for B&H.
