Giving this one more go before I give up. Looking for an 1857-58 dated m-1855 lockplate or complete lock, original or reproduction. A lockplate would fit with the budget better. Wish I could find a Rich Cross lockplate. I?d even settle for an Armi-sport lock at this point though. Harper?s Ferry or Springfield marked, either one but prefer springfield.
Also looking for middle and lower bands and all three band springs, as well as nosecap and screw for Type I 1855 R-M.
