Burnside carbine

Ok ... whats the secret to the Burnside ? Shoots clean as heck loads fast but dont hit Squat! .562 round ball and Dixie moul about 28..30 3 f with very lubed wad under bullet as per originals . Hard lead as all I have dug have a high tin content. Been trying wheel weights and 30to1 whats the skinny? re rifle it from the progressive twist to something straight up perhaps. nice rifle but would only hit pie plates at 50 yards have 2 of then tight as they can be . FRUSTRATED
