Small arms approval

I have a Tom Nixon Harper's Ferry .58 rifled musket which I believe is approved. I have a CSA .58 carbine original with a custom barrel and a 1842 .69 smoothie original with a custom barrel both have no approval card. When, where, and how do I go about getting this taken care of?
