63 "razed" 2 band Springfield

Greetings, I have a team mate that wants to make a 2 band 1863 Springfield. I know of the 2 band 1861 Rebel razed rifle and have built one myself. Did the South make this configuration with the 63 as well? or is there a 2 band 63 that is N SSA approved?
