1. This all original Mississippi Rifle was made by E. Whitney in 1845. After purchasing the gun I set out with the help of John Bly , and following NSSA guidelines, to convert Mr. Whitney's masterpiece into a colt alteration Civil War Musket. Rejuvenation of the stock showed two faint cartouches. Bob Hoyt relined the barrel to 1-60, three lands and gooves at .577, then added a custom crown. The tombstone site was replaced with a rich cross long range rear sight with bayonet lug.
throw in some glass bedding, slick the trigger add the ramrod and you have got a good looking original skirmish gun. $1375.00

2.Austrain M-1854 WanzL Jager Rifle. Relined by Bob Hoyt using the original style lands and grooves in 58 Caliber. The wood was cleaned and glass bedded. The trigger brakes at 4.5 lbs, and the sight is drilled for the peep. Even the ramrod is original. Throw a .575 mini in this old Reb gun and skimish. $1350.00

3. Bayonet Belgium 1842, US 1847. 22.5 inch blade. Tommy John Leather Scabbard. $150.00

4. Lyman Great Plains Rifle in .50 caliber percussion. Barrel has been rust brown in period style and rear sight changed to a buck horn. Trigger is double set.
