Mortar-mover cart

First and foremost, thanks to Tim Scanlin for a great weekend at the Wainwright! Time well-spent with great friends and great food! My question...what team with a mortar has the two-wheeled rickshaw-looking hand cart used to move their mortar? It?s got 8 foot long handles and two wheels on the end...almost like a wheel barrow. Looking to copy the idea but don?t know who to reach out to.
