F/S Original P-53 Enfield cutdown AVAILABLE AGAIN!!

Original P-53 Enfield made by Tranter. About 6" of barrel missing, all of the forearm is gone. No rear sling swivel, or sight leaf, the sight base is there. Dated 1863 Tower. Has the square ear screw escutchions. All in all its a correct Civil War era import that was probably cut not long after the war. Heavy patina, good strong working lock with nothing missing. Buttplate is stamped with a rack #. Came out of an attic up here in Maine, somewhere in Lincoln County. If no pics show email me yankee1865@msn.com $375 plus shipping.
