Working up a new load for a Remington 2 bander. Once I find the load I'll need to adjust my rear peep sight. I think the formula is the amount of change in inches times the sight radius (rear sight to front sight) divided by the distance to the target in inches. A one inch change times a sight radius of 28.75 inches divided by 3600 (100yds in inches) = .008. That means to drop the point of impact 1 inch at 100 yards I need to lower the rear peep sight .008. To move the POI right 1 inch I move the peep sight right .008.

I think thats right. Just want to make sure before I start drilling my sight blanks.

Thanks,

Tom
