I have Rapine 560-360. The as-cast bullets fit nicely into the brass cases and not so well in the nylon cases. Should I slug and size .001 over groove diameter? Is it worth the trouble? Should I just shoot as-cast? TIA.

No amount of advice will take the place of casting, loading and shooting different things in YOUR gun. Start with what you have and shoot some groups to see if you're in the ballpark.

One to two thousandths over groove diameter is pretty much a standard starting point for cast bullets in a breech loader. Bullets cast from hard lead are generally larger by a thousandth or so than pure, soft lead. Soft lead obturates (expands) into the rifling more and may give better accuracy in some guns.

I turned down the OD on some nylon Burnside cases for a friend here in the NWT a couple of years ago and the resultant load shot pretty well for him.
