For sale, a Buffalo Arms hollow base mold of traditional nose outline, advertised as .44 caliber and 210 grains.
The design has a copious lube groove for shooting with black. The crimp groove could work well with thin brass such as 44-40, to help avoid the bulging effect behind the crimp.
Sampled as-cast diameter with a hard alloy is nominally .435" and would decrease slightly with softer metal.

The base pin mounting has sufficient thread length as to provide some increase or decrease in the weight.
