I'm open to trades for 44-40 lever gun for Cowboy Action Shooting, such as Henry, 1866, 1873, 1892 Winchesters/Clones or Marlin 44-40. This is a great carbine.

That is NOT a John Bly barrel. It is a Jensco barrel. I know my own work.

John's being polite:

He is too professional to produce chambers with deep, visible reaming marks! Smiles.

Geez, guys. Terribly sorry my memory was wrong. My apologies to both Mr. Bly and Mr. Jensco. It is a good shooting Maynard carbine. Three months after I bought it in 2015, my late wife became totally bedridden with Alzheimers. In 2018 I developed cancer, had two major surgeries, nearly dying twice, and my wife expired within the following year. For all that time I held onto my Skirmish weapons hoping I'd get back into it. I've been left unable to do extended travel so now I've retired from N-SSA. Looks like with the fragile egos, I'm better off. Moderator please remove this ad from the Board.
