Looking for Gunsmith in Richmond, VA Area

I have an original M1863 Springfield that I need to fit with a new Whitacre barrel. The previous owner bedded the stock so thickly the barrel won't seat properly. I'm looking for someone, preferably in the Richmond area, who could fit this for me. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Just to follow up, I took the rifle to Mr. Smith and couldn't be more pleased. He did the work I requested and also made a small repair to the wood and replaced a broken sling swivel for no additional charge. The work was done in just a little over two weeks (which is what he told me when I dropped it off). I would highly recommend this gunsmith without hesitation.
