I realize this isn't a Civil War weapon but I wanted to see if anyone has an interest in flintlock smoothbores- I have two for sale or trade:
a. Virginia styled 46" smoothbore fowler, Queen Anne lock.62 caliber browned furniture, maple stock and made by Jack Brown. beautiful gun and shoots well. Brass furniture and wooden patchbox. Asking $700 OBO.
b. Carolina styled poorboy flintlock fowler. .62 caliber 39" barrel with iron furniture. Great and lightweight weapon. Siler lock and all-round barrel. Asking $530.
I have images available on both and would also consider a trade for a Brown Bess musket. Thanks for looking.
