Hello, Bruce:

Have done this to make 56-50 Spencer cases using Starline 50-70/90 new brass.
Works fine, with NO reaming and .016" wall thickness. I use CH4D dies w .511" expander for .5115" sized bullets that are .0005" over groove sized bullets.
Cases need salt bath annealing after each shot for max case life.
Will call this afternoon. Smiles.

Here is a short video of me cutting down 50-70 using a Harbor Freight mini chop saw and fixture I made to cut them consistently.
