Hi. This is my periodic check if anyone has a Merrill firearm needing restoration, or any parts to help with restorations. I have my 13299 carbine shell, and lost out on a breech lever link/plunger assembly that could have been nice for mine (part of another shell). After I go to the National Museum of American History this summer or fall, and photograph/spec out the parts of the prototype rimfire carbine there, I might try to work with a master gunsmith to convert my 13299 to a working version of that rimfire carbine.
