Brown Bess Swivel question

I have one of those Miroku Brown Besses without the swivels. The rear swivel goes on the trigger guard but where does front swivel go to past inspection for a sac card? Any input from those who might have added the swivels is appreciated.

I can't speak to the SAC card question. But when I added them to my Miroku many years ago, this is where it went. As I recall, there is an underbarrel lug that I drilled through already there for it.

i will cross my fingers that the lug is also on my Miroku as my soldering skills are not that great. If it is I will use. Thanks Steve for your input.?- Steve
