Hello:
Accurate's name has popped a few times lately.
First, I have total satisfaction with several molds from Accurate.
If I closely follow the ordering specifics and indicate the desired as-cast OD in a reasonable alloy, the mold casts so close that I often do not need to size!
Accurate is reasonably priced, BORES the cavities for great casting concentricity, at least way better than some other IRON ones I have seen with significant out-of-roundness, and is quick with deliveries.
One thing learned from another respected skirmisher:
If the desired bullet is a custom design that is not easily re-dimensioned from an existing Accurate design, insist that another exiting design NOT be adapted and a fresh design be made from scratch. This eliminates profile differences, especially ogive profiles that are not wanted. Accurate is happy to do a fresh profile, but may adapt and then the ogive might be different enough to matter, at least to the buyer.
