M1816 bayonet

Hi, have questions on markings. This is pretty worn, but I seen inspector stamp ?N? on the neck & ?15? on the socket. The US is worn from the blade. I assume the socket # is to match to the musket. Any way to tell is it?s from Springfield or Harpers Ferry armory?
