I have several parts from an 1861 Rifle for sale. All parts have a patina finish. Please email me for more pics or questions at markthenav@aol.com. Shipping will be actual cost via USPS.
1) Complete trigger guard to include the trigger, trigger screw, bow, and sling swivel. $75 plus S/H.
2) Butt plate and tumbler. The butt plate has some etching around the US stamps. The tumbler has a broken half-cock notch and will require repair. $40 plus S/H.
3) 40" barrel with breech plug, new nipple and new clean-out screw. I would rate the bore at about 8 to 8.5/10. Rifling is strong with a small bit of very light pitting about 4" from the muzzle. Should shoot or display well. Breech plug threads are super. No date is visible. This barrel will require a front and rear sight as well as a .125" plug repair where the front sight was. Someone drilled this hole for a post sight and this will require repair prior to shooting. $90 plus S/H.
