I have an original smoothbore that I had inspected and got a S.A.C. card on in 2004 and I now I have misplaced the card. Is there a way to get it replaced (it has no changes from when it was inspected) or will it have to be reinspected?
Thanks in advance,

Jim McAlister

I ran into a similar situation, the cards are archived by date, if you know the month and year a replacement is not any problem.
Hope this helps;

Jim,

Actually I only need the year, or close to it, that the arm was inspected to take a look for the hard copy of the original SAC inspection. I have found a sheet for you indicating a SAC card was issued to you on 10-04-2003 for a smoothbore. Please contact me directly through the email address given for me in the latest issue of the Skirmish Line under Committee Chairs.

I want to verify privately that we are talking about the same arm, as it is discourteous for me to list anything you own in a public forum.

Sincerely,
