Phil Siess at S&S will have the knobs by this Friday. He had some made up, both threaded and unthreaded. I believe(?) the originals are threaded at 12-40 but many of the extractors have different thread sizes. I have a collection of extractor "devices" that I have removed from Ballards. The unthreaded knobs will allow you to fit the knob to your extractor. S&S tel. no. 718-497-1100
