Hege/Uberti 58 Remington

I don't have a dog in the hunt for this but thought it might interest somebody here to look into. I don't know anything about these other than I remember the FWB Hege Remingtons from years ago. Is this anything worth considering or just a conversation piece? It's more out of curiosity than anything but still curious. Somewhere I saw a post that claimed that they had Walther barrels. Is that true or false?
