FS: US Model 1855 Iron Mounted Rifle by Tom Nixon

US Model 1855 Iron Mounted Rifle built by Tom Nixon with Hoyt barrel, Rich Cross sights, Brian Hack lock and furniture. Tom Nixon serial #200, built in 1993. Has a few minor dings in the stock and minor staining on the metal. The bore is perfect. The rifle has been used, but not abused. Comes with SAC card. Pictures available on request. This rifle belonged to Jim Pittman of Forrest's Escort who passed away last November. All proceeds go to Jim's widow, Carol. Price is $1800.00 plus shipping.

Does the lock have a working Maynard primer system?
