Black federal slouch hat made by Frank Burgess Company about 30 years ago. Has insignia for Company A, Loudoun Rangers, and proper cavalry enlisted hat cord. Fits me well, and I usually wear a 7 1/8 or 7 1/4.
Excellent condition. Worn only once or twice. Spent the years on the top shelf of my closet. Needs reshaped, but that's an easy fix.
