looking for a ballard three band rifle in 44/40 or 45lc

I have a 3 band Ballard. They were originally 46 caliber so you cannot get a 44 caliber one approved. I know that guns have been rejected for this. Those of us who are shooting them have them done in 45 Colt which is acceptable to the SAC. Best of luck finding one.

If you want to shoot that caliber in a Ballard, you can in the first model Ballard rifle ( half stock rifle / 30" barrel ) or a choose a Carbine. Both were 44 rimfire.
