Original 1841 Robbins & Lawrence Drake Conversion Rifle.
Dark bore in original .54 with strong rifling

This is a beautiful original MASS marked rifle.

The front sight is a replacement (epoxied, not by me!). It would be an easy restoration to install a correct reproduction.
There is a sliver of wood missing behind the breech. Too bad as this one looks like it was little used. T

This rifle would make an excellent skirmish rifle, reline, front sight and rear sight leaf, good to go. Shoot a fine original rifle for the price of reproduction!

Can be delivered to Pleasant Hill skirmish in August to a Midwest region skirmisher (if I can talk Scott into it).
