Merit Optical Attachment...where can you get it?

Steve of the 20th GA recommended getting a Merit Optical Attachment,

but when I went to Midway's site, the device has been discontinued.

Does anyone know where we can get this device?

You probably won't. Info I heard was they are shutting down operations an what was still in the inventory pipeline was all that is left.

Here is a similar product that is in current production-
