1. can I sizing grease grouves bulet .451 to .442 and what must to do
2. when shooting with paper patched bulet with grease grouves ......the groves are fill with pan lube or not ????

I've never tried shaving .009" off of a bullet before, so I can't comment on that.

For paper patched bullets like the British Enfield cartridge, the bullet had no grease grooves, and the paper carries the lube.
