Nipples

I'm looking for a good source for good quality skirmishing musket nipples. (Original Springfield '55, and Bill Large '55, and '61's.) Something better than the economy grade stainless ones often found on sutlers row. Of the last 5 I bought to stock up my parts box I have broken 4 of them off just above the threads in the last year in a half.
Any suggestions on what to get and where to get them?
