Why? You cannot have or sell anything post C W and the ones you can do not need it. Thats why Winchester Sutler is no longer there.

The reproduction Henry Rifle falls into the modern firearms catagory, as does the ArmiSport Spencer. I say this because when Taylor's & Co. submitted the ArmiSport Spencer Carbine to the Small Arms Committee for a N-SSA Production Appproval it had to be shipped to a FFl dealer.

I had not thought of them. In that case, the selling dealer has to have an FFL and will make the transfer. As usual, your correct. :D

Fire18WFD,
Do you have a Henry you are going to sell? A couple of team mates are looking for Henry's, 44-40 cal. preferred. If so, is it brass frame or iron frame? The bulletin board seemed to dry up on Henry's for sale since last year.
You can contact me at my e-mail address.

Thanks in advance,
