Has anyone tried the Eras Gone Nessler in a smoothie yet?

You can only use round balls in the N-ssa in a smooth bore, just talking out loud. Question should be how well it will work in a rifled bore

I don't compete, so I was just curious how it would compare to a bare ball a smoothie, since from what I understand, that's what it was intended for. I use a wadcutter minie in my rifled .69

I thought they changed that rule for this year. I haven't looked to see for sure, but there was talk about it.

As of the January 2019 Board Meeting all smoothbore matches still require the use of a round ball, only.
