Here is an inventory of the molds I have available. These belonged to my father. Some are new and some are not, but I think they are all in good condition.

Please ask any questions via PM or here. Happy to post pics of individual molds.

Thanks!

A few pics of this one. it comes with the handles. According to my father's note in the inventory, it came along with the Colt Rifle my uncle purchased, circa 1951.

Given the comprehensive nature of this mold-set, I'd like to get $100 for it, delivered in the lower 48. Feel free to make an offer.

Thanks!

Does the mold have damage in the ring area? Bullet looks to have problems there.

No damage whatsoever. Probably just cast when the block was somewhat cool.

I've added a pic of the block ID and the mold faces, above.

Thanx,

Isn’t that the early 575213 mold that had the thick skirt and needed 50 grains of 3F just to expand it into the rifling?

I have one of those early Ideal 575213 molds. The skirt is VERY thick with a shallow cavity. But, the profile of the bullet is the closest to the original standard .58 Minnie ball that is available. I had a new base plug on mine to make a deeper cavity with thinner skirt.

I'm no expert. My dad was the expert :-)
