For Sale: Original Second Model Maynard Carbine

Original Second Model Maynard for sale. This was my backup carbine until I couldn't see the sights anymore. It has a great trigger. Comes with original barrel with original sights. The bore is fine to excellent as is the muzzle. The bore photo is not good, but it was the best I could get. The rifling on Maynards is shallow and there is a lot of reflection in the bore in the photo. Barrel has nearly all of its finish, but some of it has turned from blue to brown. Gun locks up tightly. Stock is in great shape and has two nice cartouches. Uses original Maynard nipple. Price $1,675 plus shipping.
